We're pleased to offer the following services in Topsham:

Appointments: Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet who is a current patient, please call us and we will attempt to see your pet immediately, but this option can vary based on staffing. If you feel that your pet needs urgent care before we can see you, please consider one of the 24/7 emergency facilities in our area.

Diagnostics: Digital radiography, dental assessment, laboratory testing, ophthalmology testing, cytology, ECG

Intervention: Surgery, medical management, behavior counseling

Prevention: Parasites (internal/external), dental prophylaxis, vaccinations, nutrition 

End of Life Decisions/Support: We can provide you the comfort and information required to make difficult decisions when it comes to saying goodbye to your four-legged friend.

Emergency & Urgent Care: We are open and staffed 5 days a week.  Our veterinarians are trained and equipped to handle many of the urgent care scenarios, but can only see those pets if there is an opening in our schedule.  If staffing allows, we may be able to triage the patient into our schedule.  If we can't, we will refer you elsewhere.  Emergencies can be things such a hit by car, other traumas, and chocolate ingestion. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment do not hesitate to call immediately so that a team member can advise you on how to proceed.

Topsham Veterinary Wellness Center accepts payment via cash, check, MasterCard, or Visa. So that we can continue to provide you high quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we request that payment be made at the time services are rendered.

We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.
